Wade Breitzke

Wade wanted to start exercising and making better choices with his nutrition so he could have more energy and focus. He chose the 28-Day Challenge so he could see some faster results.
We used strength training as Wade’s main exercise focus and threw in a low volume of cardio to help with recovery. We worked around previous injuries and implemented our special formula for rapid fat loss. We also drastically increased strength in his lower and upper body.

Wade was very happy with his results, but when he finished his first 28 days he realized he was capable of taking his health and fitness to an even greater level. He continues to train with us and continues to achieve results.
