When you go to the gym, it’s hard to get the one-on-one attention you need in order to make real progress. Spending 20 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical may be good for your heart, but it’s not necessarily an effective way to meet your longterm goals.

When you walk into Lift Life Fitness you’ll be welcomed by one of our trainers or a Lifer (that’s what we call our members). Then you’ll grab a seat with one of our trainers and have a chat. Our goal is to get to know you on a personal level and truly build a relationship with you.

We believe it is this commitment to building personal relationships with our clients that sets us apart from not only gyms, but also from other personal trainers. We’ll dive deep into your health and habits to identify and focus on areas you’d like to improve, and we’ll stay by your side for every step of the journey to help keep you motivated and committed.

We’ll get to know you better and understand what you want out of a new healthy lifestyle. You’ll also learn that we don’t believe you should change your lifestyle to accommodate fitness. We believe fitness should accommodate you. Then after we understand what you need from our gym, we’ll go above and beyond to make that happen for you.

Now, before you get the wrong idea, don’t expect this to be a walk in the park. You will be challenged! You might even be a little uncomfortable, but don’t worry—we’ve planned for this.
