…I am nervous that I won’t be able to keep up with the rest of the group?
Before you participate in your first session, we meet with you to discuss your goals, current fitness level and schedule. By doing this, we are able to appropriately place you in the sessions that are best fit for you. If you haven’t exercised in a while, we may even suggest our 4-week small group program that will get you feeling confident before you begin working out in the class format.
What should I do first?
Before you commit to a program, we will set-up a time for you to meet with us to determine what program options will work best for you based on your personal goals – everything from fitness to nutrition to mindset and behavior change. This is the most meaningful way for us to get to know you and see how we can tailor a program that will work specifically for you.
Our team will get to know you personally, will understand your goals and give you strategies and plans to achieve them. We know how to push you to be your best. How? We dedicate our time to get to know you and to design your program to be most effective for you.
